Pesto Asiago Flatbread Panini

I love quick and simple recipes. They are my go-to's as a busy mom who doesn't have a ton of time to spend in the kitchen most days. Today, I have a quick lunch recipe that I whipped up last week for myself and the kids. It includes delicious asiago and mozzarella cheeses, pesto sauce and naan flatbread…all grilled to melted perfection on the stove.
My husband decided to get a membership to Costco a few weeks back. They just opened recently in our area and even though we had heard a lot about it, we really had no clue how much we would love it! My kid's could spend hours there just traveling around to test out all the free samples. They love that.

Cranberry Stuffed Turkey Breast

It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving will be upon us soon! Today, I am sharing a recipe that is perfect if you are planning a small gathering or are just afraid to cook a whole turkey (like me). This cranberry stuffed turkey roll is actually very easy to make and tastes delicious. In our house, my husband is the only one brave enough to tackle a whole bird, but I can manage a turkey breast no problem.
I am joining with several other bloggers today to share loads if menu ideas for Thanksgiving, so be sure to check them all out at the end!

Pecan Walnut Pie {with Cream Cheese}

I am joining with several other talented bloggers today for Tastes of the Seasons and am sharing a recipe that I originally blogged about way back in 2010: a pecan pie with cream cheese….mmm…so good!
I was almost going to call this post, "The Best Pecan Pie I Have Ever Had," because, seriously, it is.

In the fall of 2010 my husband and I had just moved into our first home, and I was testing out the kitchen with this recipe that I saw on an episode of Katie Brown's Workshop on PBS.

Easy Buffalo Chicken Wing Pizza with Blue Cheese {with kid friendly version}

One of our family's favorite splurges is chicken wing pizza. We love it, but it can be quite a bit pricier than regular old pepperoni, so today, I am sharing a quick and delicious "make at home" version that is easier on the budget without losing any of the flavor.
The ingredients in this recipe include cooked chicken, Ken's Steak House Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, crumbled blue cheese, shredded mozzarella and the Original Anchor Bar Buffalo Wing Sauce.

Cast Iron Skillet Grilled Rigatoni {Blog Rewind}

Since I moved back to Blogger (after being on Typepad for over five years) I have gained a lot of new followers, which makes me so happy! This has made me eager to start a new series with you called {Blog Rewind}, where I will be sharing portions of posts from my former Typepad blog, and today I have the first. A couple of years ago, I shared a quick and easy summertime meal for grilled rigatoni and am sharing an updated version here.

My husband and I are pretty obsessed with cast iron cookware. We use it for about 75% of our cooking. Making this grilled rigatoni was the first time we ever tried it out on my husband's charcoal grill, however. Since that time, we have grilled with cast iron often in the warmer months. I am already looking forward to doing new recipes with it this summer.
